Response(sacrifice of energy) always precedes reward(the collecction of resources).
The “runnner’s high” only comes ater the hard run.
The reward only comes after the energy is spent.

I thought the word “sacrifice” is not so attractive because I have to loss my precious things for something(like energy, time, money, effort… etc).
Buy aftr I read the concept that “reward only follows after sacrifice”, I felt more positive about the word “sacrifice”. With sacrifice, I’m not just losing something precious to me, I could also get something more precious.
